Adriana Clamens, Esq.


Ms. Clamens, a native of Venezuela, earned her bachelor’s degree and law degree at Nova Southeastern University and has been a licensed attorney in Florida since 2010.  In addition to her experience in Florida, Ms. Clamens worked as a law clerk in Venezuela, so she is not only fluently bilingual but also commands business and legal terminology in both Spanish and English.

Ms. Clamens has received recognition as a panelist at ConsuMiami (2013) and has been featured in La Diversidad es Poder (2012).

Ms. Clamens has experience handling all of the following:

  • Complex commercial litigation action for civil conspiracy, fraud, unjust enrichment, and violation of FDUPTA involving a scheme to deprive Plaintiffs of their ownership interest in two commercial properties located in Palm Beach County.
  • Civil complex business division in Orange county against 10 corporate defendants involving the breach of a contract for rights to rights to develop solar energy; and defending corporate client, and its president against a counterclaim and cross claim brought by one of the corporate defendants.
  • Negotiation and drafting of franchise agreement for a fast food restaurant.
  • Complex appeals before the Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth District Court of Appeals in commercial litigation and family law cases.
  • International pre-dissolution of marriage settlement related to the parties’ marital assets where parties are foreign nationals and client has assets in the United States and Europe.   Handling all aspects related to the drafting of a comprehensive parenting and time-sharing plan for the parties’ two minor children.
  • Dissolution of marriage proceeding where parties are foreign nationals and client has assets in the United States and Latin America. Handling all aspects related to drafting of a comprehensive parenting and time-sharing plan for the parties’ minor children.
  • Complex enforcement of settlement agreement where former husband failed to comply with the final dissolution of marriage judgment, which adopted the parties’ settlement agreement.
  • Appellate hearing before the Council of the Village of North Miami Shores related to the denial of client’s application for the construction of a deck, boatlift, and dock on her property.
  • Negotiation and drafting of franchise agreement for a fast food restaurant.
  • Handing complex quiet title action, including service via international conventions, where Defendants are foreign nationals residing in Mexico.
  • Complex intellectual property litigation involving trademark infringement.
